Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This notice describes information handled by the KeepTok desktop application and this website. KeepTok is developed and operated by Jia Li, an independent developer based in Hong Kong. KeepTok is the product name. The official website is sellertoolsai.com. Privacy questions can be sent to sunedgjiajia@proton.me.
Media and desktop settings
Downloaded videos, recordings, creator lists, task history and application settings are stored on your computer. KeepTok requests content directly from the platforms and media providers you select. These requests disclose your network address and the information required to retrieve the requested content to those providers. KeepTok does not upload your saved media to the billing service.
Platform login sessions
When you choose to sign in or import a browser session, the app stores platform session information locally and uses it for requests to that platform. The optional browser extension imports TikTok cookies into the local desktop client; it does not read Google cookies. Platform session information is not sent to the billing service. Treat local application data and diagnostic logs as sensitive: some settings and session data may be readable by someone with access to your computer.
Pro activation and payments
When billing is configured and you purchase or activate Pro, the app sends your purchase code and a random installation identifier to the publisher's authorization service. The service stores a hash of the purchase code, payment-provider references and a device binding to verify access. The desktop app protects saved purchase codes using Windows data protection. Creem hosts checkout and processes payment information under its own privacy notice; payment card details are not entered into KeepTok.
The current preview does not have a live checkout configured. This notice does not mean that payment processing is already available.
This website
The supplied static website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a cookie banner service. Once hosted, the hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Hosting-specific retention and provider details must be added before public launch.
Support, retention and deletion
If you email support, your email address and the information you provide are processed to answer your request. Do not send platform cookies, passwords, payment card information or activation keys in public messages. Redact sensitive details before sharing logs.
You control local media and application data on your computer. Uninstalling the desktop app retains its data; remove it separately if you want to delete it. For deletion or access requests concerning support or activation records, contact sunedgjiajia@proton.me. Ownership verification may be needed. Server and support retention periods remain to be specified before public launch.
Changes and launch information
This notice will be updated when hosting, billing or data handling changes. Before public sales, the publisher must complete hosting-provider information and applicable retention details. This page describes the current implementation and is not a claim of completed legal review.
